A couple weekends ago we drove up to the shooting range in Downy, ID to do a little trap shooting. In order to keep Cody safe we gave him a little job. He was the designated clay pigeon thrower. We would load the clays and tell him "pull Cody." He did such a good job, and never got sick of it. And he was really good about wearing his ear protection.
We made a fun game out of it too. If we missed then Cody got a point, and if we hit it we got a point. He really got into it and would cheer for himself, but if we hit it he would say "oh man." We didn't actually keep score, but I am quite positive Cody won. It was so windy we could hardly hit anything to save our lives. Worst I've done.... EVER!!
